Internship

16-week immersion into the world of strength & conditioning. Our interns gain valuable hands-on experience working with athletes and general population clients. Curriculum includes program building, coaching strategies and business operations. Interns are also given free registration to the Sports Performance training program.

Program Design

Write programs using evidence based training methods. Interns are required to write programs for clientele to help them achieve their fitness goal. Includes data collection, tracking & goal setting.

Coaching

Learn how to effectively communicate with your clients. Interns are expected to lead training sessions after week-8. Includes warm-up, power & strength development and conditioning.

Business Education

Great for interns who are looking to supplement their income or start a career in the health & sports performance industry.
